Seller provides delivery crew for standard, ground-level, accessible delivery. Any crane costs, equipment, electric, water, and additional service costs are buyer’s responsibility. Customer must be home at time of delivery to confirm delivery pathway and placement. Customer proxy accepts responsibility for pathway and placement. The site must be fully prepared, level, with adequate support and correctly completed, dedicated electrical line. All site preparation and electrical related costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additional trips to complete delivery or installation due to inadequate site preparation including deck, electrical, snow removal or change of location are not included.
